Calendar of Events

WRPS offers a full calendar of events. These include a variety of meetings, trips, guest speakers, shows, and other exciting opportunities to learn and grow as photographers and as friends. If you're a member you're invited to participate in our competitions. Visitors are always welcome, so if you're not yet a member, please feel free to attend a meeting or two, take a field trip with us, and check us out for yourself. Hope to see you real soon!

PHOTO AFFAIR

Photo Affair 2009 was a great success!  Thank you to all how came and took part in this year’s event. We hope you took a lot of new ideas and inspiration home with you!  We hope to see you again in 2010!!!

Friday, Jan. 22, 9:00 Deadline for digital entries for Landscape Competition.

Sunday, Jan. 17, 1-5 Workshop: Ray’s Indoor Bike Park, Walford Industrial Park at 9801 Walford Ave., Cleveland, OH 44102. No charge for spectators or photographers, but $32 to rent a bike and ride all day. Flash & tripods are allowed. Bring your own snacks, or join us for group dinner after at Melts Restaurant at the corner of Detroit Ave. and Warren Rd. at 5:30. More details at Jan. 12 meeting. RSVP to bonbon1356@windstream.net

Tuesday, Jan. 26, 7:00 Mini-meeting: The Polarizing filter—a must have in every camera bag. We are back at PG.
